Your entry ticket can also become a keepsake

Guests enter with PDF + QR. If you enable it, the edition leaves a keepsake (visual, badge, unlock) for loyalty — no speculation, no mandatory wallet.

Three clear principles

01

Optional, never required

You enable the collectible per edition. Without it, ticketing already works: sell, PDF, scan, export.

02

Entry ≠ crypto

Visitors must not install a wallet app to get through the door. The keepsake is handled on the organizer / edition side.

03

No flip marketplace

SecureBitPass is not a marketplace to resell keepsakes. Transfer rules = you.

The ticket can also become a keepsake

If you want: an edition collectible (visual, unlocks, badge). Guests still enter with PDF + QR — no mandatory wallet.

Edition visual

Cover or event art: museum month, festival poster, season keepsake.

Post-visit content

Team note, photo, clip, setlist… for edition holders.

“I was there” badge

Shareable attendance proof: date, venue, edition — useful for community.

Useful perks

Early access, merch code, season stamp: the keepsake stays useful.

Season that grows

A pass that accumulates memories each date — without forcing crypto on guests.

For early adopters

Technical anchoring / wallet possible if the org asks — never the default guest path.

Collectible is an optional product feature. Entry stays PDF + QR for everyone. No speculative pitch.

Collectible

Concrete examples

Each series has a standard keepsake for every validated pass — and can include, if you want, a few collector cards (rare or unique), distinct from the standard.

StandardCollectorUnique / 1 of 1

Museum / zoo

“April Pass” batch

Setup
Each month: capped inventory, PDF + QR for families, scan at reception.
Standard keepsakeStandard
Monthly edition visual (exhibition, species) for all validated entries + light unlock (fact sheet, note).
Collectors (optional)CollectorUnique / 1 of 1
Optional: 5–20 “Rare species” cards or 1 unique “Director of the month” / patron card — different art from standard, announced supply.
Expected effect
Clear campaign + light rarity play for loyalty without turning entry into a lottery.

Theater

Season pass 26/27

Setup
Single tickets + multi-show season pass, seating chart and 10-minute hold.
Standard keepsakeStandard
“I was there · season” badge + digital programme for all subscribers / entrants.
Collectors (optional)CollectorUnique / 1 of 1
Optional: a handful of “Opening night” or “Center orchestra” cards, or 1 unique company-signed card — outside the standard series.
Expected effect
Subscribers valued; collectors for key nights or patronage, without forcing the public.

Festival

Horizon weekend pass

Setup
Pit / VIP zones, multi-entry over 2–3 days, door-mode scan on the weekend.
Standard keepsakeStandard
Edition art + unlock (stage photo / setlist) for all validated passes.
Collectors (optional)CollectorUnique / 1 of 1
Optional: 10–50 “Headliner” / “Golden circle” cards, or 1 unique “Edition Zero” artist card — premium visuals, not the standard set.
Expected effect
Festival brand lives past Sunday; collectors for VIP or announced drops, not speculation.

Venue / club

Limited VIP night

Setup
Small capacity, single entry, strict anti-duplicate scan at the door.
Standard keepsakeStandard
Limited badge + early access to next date for every entrant.
Collectors (optional)CollectorUnique / 1 of 1
Optional: 3–12 “Guest list art” cards or 1 unique “Host of the night” card — numbered, outside standard.
Expected effect
Perceived scarcity and a simple nudge; the unique card stays an org perk, not a resale market.

How to enable it (organizer)

  1. 01

    1. Pick the edition

Monthly batch, show, or festival: one edition = one keepsake frame.

  2. 02

    2. Define the content

Standard keepsake for everyone + optionally a few collectors (rare or 1 of 1) with distinct art. Keep it simple at first.

  3. 03

    3. Sell & scan

Guests get PDF + QR. Staff scan as usual.

  4. 04

    4. After entry

The edition keepsake is available under your rules — for loyalty, not speculation.

Resale & transfer: who decides?

SecureBitPass is not a resale marketplace. Rules are set by the organizer for each edition.

Before entry (valid ticket)

Transfers often restricted to limit grey-market resale and shared PDFs. Configurable.

After scan (keepsake)

The keepsake can stay non-transferable, or be transferable if the edition allows. Goal: memory and loyalty.

Organizer rules

Forbidden · single transfer · free — depending on museum, theater or festival.

Not our business model

No marketplace to flip collectibles. We sell ticketing, not trading.

Illustrative examples. Standard collectible and collectors (rare / unique) are optional. Transfer / resale: org rules only (no public SBP marketplace) — enabled on request. Entry = PDF + QR. Entry = PDF + QR.
