Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to start with confidence.
Who is SecureBitPass for?+
Organizers (B2B): museums, zoos, theaters, venues, festivals. Guests only buy a simple ticket — phone or PDF + QR.
Is a crypto wallet required to enter?+
No. Guests can enter with the ticket on phone or PDF (with QR), without a wallet. If the organizer enables it, a wallet path is also possible. Organizer staff scan at the door.
What is the difference between demo and production?+
The public demo simulates payment and the journey (buy, ticket, scan) with no charge. In production: real settlement (card / Twint per contract), valid tickets, staff scan and exports.
Do organizers need crypto expertise?+
No. Classic dashboard: batches, seating, festival, scan, export. Any complexity stays behind the scenes.
What is the collectible?+
An organizer option: edition keepsake (visual, badge, unlock) for loyalty after entry. Not a speculative market and not required to enter.
Do guests need a wallet to access the collectible?+
No for the public keepsake: it opens with the ticket (code, email, organizer journey) — phone or PDF, no wallet. An technical proof may anchor the edition in the background; holding it yourself in a crypto wallet stays optional, for guests who choose it or if the organizer enables that path. Entry and the base keepsake do not require it.
Single entry, multi-entry, monthly pass — what are they?+
Single: one visit/show. Multi-entry: several scans (festival, membership). Monthly/season: batch rhythm for institutions or venue seasons.
How does door control work?+
Staff use door mode or dashboard scan (camera or code entry). Anti-duplicate, timestamps, multi-entry if configured. CSV export of scans.
What are the fees? What do 1,000 entries mean?+
Starter CHF 349/event with 1,000 entries included in the plan; Institution Base CHF 349/month (museum/zoo, batch) with 1,000 entries included per month. Not an annual attendance cap: beyond that, Standard 3–6% (normal path for institutional volume) or white-label on quote. See Pricing.
Who scans at the door?+
Organizer staff (fullscreen door mode or dashboard scan on mobile). SecureBitPass provides the tool — not a physical hosting service.
Do you offer RFID / NFC member cards?+
Yes, optional on quote only (physical membership). Day tickets stay phone or PDF + QR. Never mandatory in starter plans.
Can I keep my brand (white-label)?+
Yes. Domain, colors, logo and purchase journey on-brand.
Who publishes SecureBitPass?+
SecureBitPass is published by Angel Group Sàrl (Switzerland, Gland VD). Demo, quote and go-live on your timeline. Card / Twint in production. Legal note: commercial register / IDE finalization in progress — see legal notice.
Is SecureBitPass a crypto investment platform?+
No. We sell organizer ticketing. No speculative pitch.
What is Bitcoin’s role in SecureBitPass?+
Bitcoin is the security layer of the solution: it strengthens anti-fraud, proof and resilience. Guests still enter with a simple phone or PDF + QR ticket. For organizers: more trust in tickets and editions, without technical jargon on the public path. Not an investment product. Implementation details stay internal; the commercial product remains multi-event B2B ticketing.
Can I manage several events at once?+
Yes. The organizer dashboard is built to run multiple events in parallel: inventories, sales, scan and exports. Ideal for institutions, venues or multi-date producers. Try the demo to see it in action.
Can we offer ticket resale or transfer?+
Yes, as an organizer-controlled option (e.g. one gift transfer, or face-value resale once before scan) — not a public SecureBitPass marketplace. We enable it when you ask; by default transfers stay off to limit grey-market resale.
Do collectibles trade on a marketplace?+
No. SecureBitPass does not run a flip marketplace. Keepsakes / collectors are a loyalty tool; transferability is an org rule, not a public order book.
