This policy describes how SecureBitPass processes personal data collected via securebitpass.com (forms, technical cookies, emails).

Primary market: Switzerland. We comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP / nLPD) and, where the GDPR applies (e.g. individuals in the EU/EEA), with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 principles.

Contact form: name, email, subject, message, UI language.

Demo form: first name, last name, work email, organization, message, language.

Minimal technical data: server/hosting logs (IP, timestamp, user-agent) for security and diagnostics.

Cookies: strictly necessary cookies for site operation and remembering your cookie choice (no third-party advertising on the current marketing site).

Responding to your requests (contact, demo, partnership) — legitimate interest and/or pre-contractual steps at your request.

Security, availability and improvement of the site — legitimate interest.

Legal obligations where applicable.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party behavioural advertising.

These providers act under their terms and security measures. Transfers outside Switzerland/EEA may occur via cloud hosting; appropriate contractual safeguards are sought from providers.

Contact and demo messages: kept for handling the request, then at most 24 months, unless a legal duty or proof of a contractual exchange requires longer.

Technical logs: according to provider practice (typically days to months).

Cookie preference: up to 12 months or until you clear it.

Under nFADP and, where applicable, GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability (if applicable) and object to certain processing.

In Switzerland you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). In the EU/EEA you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

No system is risk-free; if an incident may affect your rights we will take legally required notification steps.

The site targets professionals (organizers, institutions). Forms are not intended for children.
