These terms govern access to and use of the marketing and demo site securebitpass.com. They alone do not form a ticketing service contract: Starter, Institution, Standard and white-label terms are set out in a separate quote or agreement.

SecureBitPass presents event ticketing using Bitcoin / Counterparty technologies, CHF plans and collectible features. Public prices are launch rates and may change.

The “dashboard” area is a demonstration with fictional data, not a production system.

You must not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful content via forms.

Subject to mandatory rules to the contrary, Swiss law applies. Venue is in Switzerland, subject to consumer protection and mandatory jurisdiction rules.
